Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid Reticle subscriptions, operated by [Your Company].
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. We will refund the amount charged for that initial term to your original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email billing@reticle.sh from the address on your account, with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
Renewals
Renewal charges (after the first term) are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current term except as required by law.
Annual plans
For annual plans cancelled after the 14-day window, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rated refund for the unused full months remaining, less any discount applied for annual billing.
What isn't refundable
- Usage-based or one-time charges already incurred.
- Plans cancelled after the applicable refund window (except where local law requires otherwise).
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first, we'd rather fix it directly than through a chargeback, which can lead to account suspension while it's investigated.
