For three decades, software was built for human eyes and human hands. Every interface, every test, every tool assumed a person on the other side, looking at a screen, clicking a button, deciding whether the result was right.
That assumption is breaking. Agents now write the code, click the buttons, and judge the results. The web is quietly being re-tenanted, and the interface between an agent and a running app is becoming the most important surface in software.
Whoever owns that interface (the place an agent perceives a live app, acts on it, and proves what actually happened) owns the most important real estate of this shift. We intend to be that someone. Not by being the agent, but by being the layer it relies on.
What we believe
Four convictions.

Truth over coverage
The world has enough tools that run more checks. It has almost none that refuse to lie about green. We are built on a verdict that cannot be faked. We would rather catch one bug honestly than report a hundred passes we can't stand behind. Zero false greens isn't a feature. It's the whole point.

See the program, not the page
The DOM is a lossy projection of what software actually does. We sit inside the running program (its state, its causality, its sense of time, the source line that produced a behavior) because that is where the truth lives, and where tools looking in from the outside go blind.

Be the resource, not the rival
We make agents more capable; we never try to be the agent. The layer everyone builds on is worth more than any single app built on top of it, and far more useful to the people doing the building. We win by being relied upon.

Earn adoption in the open
We give developers something genuinely valuable for free, and we keep the protocol open. Standards aren't decreed; they're adopted. Trust between agents and the web is earned in public or it isn't earned at all.
The one thing we are
The proof layer between AI agents and the living web. Today, the in-source perception that lets a coding agent prove its own work is true; over time, the layer agents see, act, and live through.
