This Privacy Policy explains how Reticle ("Reticle", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, SDK, and related services (the "Services"). Reticle is operated by [Your Company / legal entity].

Privacy by design

Reticle is a dev-only tool. The SDK is intended to run in your development and CI environments, is stripped from production builds, and can run against your own model, meaning the contents of your application under test do not need to leave your infrastructure to be verified. We collect as little personal data as possible to operate the Services.

Information we collect

  • Account information you provide, name, work email, company, and authentication identifiers.
  • Billing information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Usage and diagnostic data, product events, feature usage, and error reports that help us run and improve the Services.
  • Communications, messages you send us (support, sales, feedback).

We do not seek to collect the source code, runtime data, or end-user data of the applications you test with Reticle, except as strictly necessary to provide a feature you have explicitly enabled.

How we use information

  • To analyze usage in aggregate and improve the product.

Sharing and subprocessors
